How to use it:
Glide along the upper and lower lash line, starting at the outer corner and working inwards. Using the Eye’m Blending Brush or your fingers and smudge the line for a soft, smokey look. Want a deeper matte effect? Retrace a few times, or until you’re happy! For a winged look, extend the line past the outer corner in an upward flick. Sharpen as needed for that perfectly defined line.
